How many nails come in a set?
Each set includes ten nails. Make sure to check your nail measurements before ordering to ensure a proper fit.

How long do the nails stay on?
It all depends on the application. Adhesive tabs application are suitable for 1-2 days of wear. Application using nail glue is suitable for 2+ week wear. However, depending on how an individual uses their hands the length of wear can differentiate. To maximize wear, do the following:

• Do NOT use nails as tools.

• Wear gloves when doing housework.

• Avoid contact with water and oil for at least 2 hours after initial application.

  • Limit exposure to water or oil during wear.​

​​In case of an emergency, bring glue with you in case of emergency.

How do I apply my press-on nails?
Nail Glue Application:

• Push cuticles and remove dead skin off fingernails with a wooden stick.

• Buff or file to remove shine from your nails.

• Clean the nail surface with an alcohol pad.

• Apply nail glue to your natural nail. 

  • Apply a pea-sized dot of glue to each natural nail (adjust for pinkie) and a little to the back of the Press-a-licious nail. Spread it around without getting too close to the skin, as the glue will disperse when pressure is applied.

• Apply the appropriate size press-on nail and hold it for 15-30 seconds each.

Adhesive Tabs Application:

• Push cuticles and remove dead skin off fingernails with a wooden stick.

• Buff or file to remove shine from your nails.

• Clean the nail surface with a prep pad.

• Select the appropriate size adhesive tab and stick it to your natural nail, removing the plastic.

• Apply the appropriate size press-on nail and hold it for 5 seconds each.

How do I remove my press-on nails?

• If you’re planning to reuse your press-ons, soak hands in a small bowl filled with a mixture of soap, oil, and very warm water for 15 minutes. After soaking, use a wooden stick to gently lift off the press-on nails. Never force them off. If the nail doesn't release easily, submerge your nails once again for a few extra minutes. Rinse and dry your press-on nails thoroughly after removal for reusability.

• If you’re not planning to reuse your press-ons, trim your press-ons, soak your hands in a small ceramic or glass bowl filled with acetone-based nail polish remover for 15 minutes, and use the wooden stick to gently lift off the press-on nails.

What comes in my package?
Your package includes the set of nails you ordered and an application kit, which consists of:

• Mini nail glue

• Nail adhesive tabs

• Nail buffer

• Nail file

• Wooden cuticle pusher

• Alcohol wipe

• *Please note that ONLY ONE application kit is included for every 3 sets of nails (we will include additional alcohol wipes and adhesive tabs in your order when appropriate). If you ordered multiple sets and would like additional application kits (i.e. gifting to a friend), please leave a note to seller at checkout.

• If you prefer ONLY nail glue or nail adhesive tabs, please leave a note to seller at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are only able to ship to the United States at this time.

 

What do I do if my package is lost?
Once handed over to the carrier, Press-a-licious Nails has no control over the package. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering the package.

Are the nails reusable?
Yes. Depending on how long you've worn them and their condition once removed, gently buff the back of your press-on nails to remove old excess glue and reapply as usual.

 

How do I figure out my nail size?
Please refer to the nail sizing chart to determine your correct nail size.

The standard nail sizes don't fit my nails, what should I do?
If none of the standard sizes fit your nail measurements, select "custom" and leave your measurements at checkout in the instruction box: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky - Example:  Left Hand 0, 4.5, 5, 3, 8

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Please ensure you double-check your order and nail size before placing your order.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All products are handmade. It takes 5-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.

 

How long are shipping times?
Orders will take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you.
